What is your return policy?  

Regarding ready made dolls
If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return the art in the condition it    
was received (you pay shipping) for a refund of the art price (minus shipping)
If you return your item after 30 days, you will only receive credit at adeeart.com.
Regarding custom made dolls
If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return the art in the condition it was received (you pay shipping) for a refund of half the art price (minus shipping)

How long does it take to make a custom doll?

please consider that i work "first come first serve"
due to a very unexpected overwhelming interest in custom dolls this year :) yay!
a custom order may take a month or longer depending on how many orders are before yours.

By ordering from adeeart you are agreeing that you understand the time a custom item takes to be made and sent.
*regardless of when you send me your checklist, the doll making will not begin till payment has been received & vice versa

                Can you make another doll like one already sold?

I make all of my art free hand. Without patterns, it is difficult to make anything identical to previous creations...but I can make something pretty similar.
Just let me know which doll you like!

I don't have a paypal account. How else can I pay?

Even without a paypal account you can use your credit card on paypal. Or else you can send a check or money order, but I wont be able to start the doll making untill I get the payment, and the check is cleared.

Do the clothes come off?

The dolls are made with the clothing as part of the doll. If you want the clothing to be removable it costs $10 extra.

Should I fill out the check list if I want a doll from a drawing ?

Answer any of the questions that seem relevant

Can I send you any a picture in any format?

JPEG or snail mail only or else i can't open it :(

I need my doll by a certain date. Can I jump ahead of the line?

First come first serve

I reserve the right to cancel any order at my leisure

-If you order and tell me you need it by a certain date and didn't find out first if that date was possible
-If we agree upon a certain date for you to have your doll by, but before the due date you email a bunch asking me things like "Where is my doll? I ordered two months ago!!"
